Cathy was raised on a family farm outside of Riverton and graduated with an AS & BS from Central Wyoming College and the University of Wyoming in Geography and a minor in Biology. After living in Laramie, Sheridan, and Buffalo she returned to the farm in 2016 with her family, where they raise Columbia sheep and greenhouse vegetables. Cathy began serving as the District Manager for the LWRCD in September of 2022, where she oversees the programs and day to day operations of the District. Cathy has worked in natural resource conservation for over 20 years with prior experience as the Watershed Coordinator for the Wyoming Association of Conservation Districts, and in the environmental consulting industry conducting water, vegetation and reclamation surveys and reporting, and GIS mapping. In her spare time, she enjoys working on the farm and spending time in the mountains and traveling with her family.

Amanda, a native of Fremont County, developed a love for the outdoors and adventure while spending her youth at her family’s cabin on Union Pass above Dubois. After attending the University of Wyoming and spending time in Colorado, Amanda returned to Fremont County to be closer to her family. She now applies her extensive administrative experience from various sectors like education, healthcare, and law, in her current roles at the LWRCD. Her responsibilities include financial coordination and providing outreach support, focusing on engaging the community in conservation efforts.

Rodney was raised in Sublette County, Wyoming, where he grew up surrounded by the ranching community outside of Boulder. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Leadership from Central Wyoming College. Rodney has a strong appreciation for Wyoming’s land and people, and he enjoys spending his free time with his family and exploring the outdoors. He currently serves as the Conservation Programs Coordinator for the district and coordinates the No-Till Drill Program.

Bobby graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BS & MS in Engineering. He has 20 years of experience in Engineering consulting working on water resources related projects. Bobby grew up on a ranch in Fremont County and is still involved in the ranching operation. He manages to coach wrestling at RHS in his spare time. He enjoys spending time with family, working on the ranch, training horses and hunting.
